Hot Fill Pasteurization for Liquid Vitamins and Supplements

Often used for RTD products and liquid supplements, Hot fill is a method of pasteurization that sterilizes the bottles in which supplements are packaged. In this procedure, pasteurized products are poured into specially designed HDPE bottles while still hot from the pasteurization process. In doing so, virtually all bacteria in the bottle are destroyed, resulting in a product that is not contaminated by potential bacteria in the package. Plus, Vitarich uses top-of-the-line equipment to ensure every batch of supplements that undergoes hot fill meets our high standards for quality.

Offered for all our products, our clients can choose from our standard pasteurization or they can take the next step and choose our hot fill pasteurization.
